A/Prof Gianoutsos works with a team of staff and health professionals both in his surgical practice and the operating theatre. All members of A/Prof Gianoutsos' team adhere to the same philosophy of treating patients as he would wish to be treated himself - with expertise, care, professionalism, respect and discretion.
In the office there are two administrative staff as well as a full time registered Nurse. They are available to arrange appointments, provide information and fee estimations as well as answer your questions during the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
A/Prof Gianoutsos also has a Research Fellow who also assists in surgical procedures within the operating theatres. The Fellow is a Trainee in Plastic Surgery, often from overseas, who works with A/Prof Gianoutsos both in the laboratory and in his private surgical practice.
Louise is the Practice Secretary and brings great skills in patient service and organisation. Hers is the voice and guiding hand which will take you from your first enquiry for a consultation, through the details of any operative procedure arrangement to your ongoing follow up with A/Prof Gianoutsos. Louise and the team are there to answer your questions at any stage of your treatment.
Christine has great experience and skills in medical practice and patient care. With Louise and Annie, she completes the office team to ensure that all patients are treated according to the Practice Philosophy, to treat all as we would be wish to be treated ourselves.
Annie Porter is the Practice Nurse and has a wealth of experience in Plastic Surgery in both the Operating Theatre and the Office. Annie is a Registered Nurse and Operating Theatre Nurse. Apart form her work with A/Prof Gianoutsos, Annie spends two weeks a year working with the charitable organisation Interplast, bringing Plastic Surgical expertise to Asia and the South Pacific. Annie has worked with A/Prof Gianoutsos for 15 years and will follow your journey with him from before your first consultation to attending the rooms, through the surgical procedure and upon your return for all your postoperative visits.
